Since 2014, ADR Cargo has been shipping parcels and cargo from the US and Ukraine to Israel. We carry online purchases, personal belongings, documents and commercial cargo. Shipments depart twice a month, we deliver parcels to the recipient's address, and you can pay on delivery. Parcels can be insured.
From any city in the US or Ukraine. You just need to get the parcel to an ADR Cargo warehouse: in Brooklyn (New York) for the US, or a Nova Poshta branch in the Lviv region for Ukraine. The sender pays for delivery to the warehouse, and we take it from there. You'll find the exact warehouse addresses in the answers on how to ship a parcel from the US and from Ukraine.
Yes. Delivery to the recipient's address in Israel is already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay. There's no need to pick the parcel up yourself.
Shipping a parcel from the US to Israel takes three steps:
Shipping a parcel from Ukraine to Israel takes three steps:
Fill out the application after you've sent the parcel to the warehouse — online at application.adrcargo.co.il, where you can also download a template. List the exact contents and the declared value of the items: this information is passed on to Israeli customs. ADR Cargo is not responsible for errors in the description of the contents. If a third party fills out the application, it must be agreed with the recipient.
Yes. Place your order and enter the ADR Cargo warehouse in Brooklyn as the shipping address, then fill out an application. That's how our customers order from Amazon, Macy's, Nordstrom Rack, Ralph Lauren, Victoria's Secret, The North Face, Columbia, Levi's, UGG and other US stores. Before ordering, check the quantity limits for new items.
The price depends on weight and is the same for the US and Ukraine. Sample ADR Cargo rates:
Each additional kilogram costs about 60 ILS. Prices exclude VAT. The calculator will show the exact amount, and the full rate table is in the price list.
Volumetric weight reflects the size of the box: length × width × height in centimeters, divided by 5000. The cost is based on whichever is greater — the actual or the volumetric weight. For example, a 50×40×30 cm box weighs 5 kg, but its volumetric weight is 12 kg, so shipping will cost 880 ILS instead of 510. That's why it pays to pack tightly, without empty space.
The price includes international shipping of up to 40 kg and delivery to the recipient's address in Israel. Paid separately:
Sending documents costs 300 ILS, including delivery to the recipient's address in Israel. Documents go out with the next regular shipment and are delivered within 7–10 business days. You can pay on delivery.
You can pay for shipping when you receive the parcel in Israel — there's no need to pay in advance. The only thing paid up front is delivery to our warehouse in the country of origin. Customs fees, if any, are paid according to the customs broker's invoice.
Delivery takes 7–10 business days from the departure date. A parcel goes out with the next shipment after it arrives at the warehouse and you've filled out the application. If the application is submitted later, the parcel will go out with the following shipment.
Shipments from the US and Ukraine to Israel depart twice a month, on the same dates from both countries. The upcoming dates are always listed on our home page. To catch the next departure, send your parcel to the warehouse and fill out the application in advance.
ADR Cargo posts shipment status updates in its WhatsApp community and Telegram channel (updates are in Russian). Subscribe to follow your shipment's progress. For a specific parcel, you can message a manager on WhatsApp.
One piece can weigh up to 40 kg (actual weight). If you have more, you can send several boxes. Keep volumetric weight in mind: for a large, light box it may be higher than the actual weight.
You can send any permitted goods: documents, online purchases, personal belongings, cosmetics, dietary supplements, small household appliances, auto parts, varnishes and liquids. New items, supplements and food each have their own limits. Before shipping, check the list of prohibited items.

The full list is on the prohibitions and restrictions page.
Limits for new items:
There are practically no quantity limits for used personal belongings.
Personal belongings are shipped like a regular parcel: through our warehouse with an online application. There are practically no quantity limits for used items, and you can declare them at up to $75 in the application. A parcel like that is duty-free. For a large volume of belongings — for example, when moving — a container from Ukraine is the better option.
Yes, permitted food can be sent in original packaging — up to 3 kg per parcel. Meat products can be sent in addition — up to 2 kg, vacuum-packed only; they don't count toward the 3 kg limit. Anything over the limit will be returned or disposed of. Perishable food, beverages and alcohol cannot be shipped.
Medicines are not accepted for shipping. Dietary supplements are allowed: in original packaging, up to 15 units per parcel and no more than 5 of the same item.
Under current rules, batteries, accumulators and devices containing them are not accepted. Small household appliances without a battery can be shipped. If in doubt, message a manager before shipping.
Parcels worth up to $75 enter Israel duty-free. Above $75, you'll be charged 18% VAT, a tax depending on the type of goods, and an airport computer fee of about 60 ILS. Customs clearance is also charged:
Customs clearance in Israel is handled by a customs broker. Fees and taxes are paid by the customer — the recipient or the sender — once the broker issues an invoice. ADR Cargo is not responsible for customs clearance or charges under Israeli law. That's why it's important to state the parcel's contents and value accurately in the application.
Yes, insurance is optional. For parcels worth up to $100 it costs $5; above $100 it's 5% of the declared value stated in the application. The insurance cost is added to the shipping cost.
If your parcel is insured and arrives damaged, draw up a damage report right away and take photos. In the report, describe the damage to the goods and packaging, any missing items and the parcel's actual weight. If an insured parcel is lost, the declared value is compensated; if it's damaged, compensation ranges from 10% to 100% depending on the damage. Submit your claim through the contact form on our website — claims are reviewed within 10 business days. Full rules are in the instructions. You can add insurance when creating your parcel at application.adrcargo.co.il.
